Starting from the thesis on Antonio Giacometti’s 2017-18 Sonata entitled Die Tiefere Stimme, discussed in the summer session of A/A 2022-2023 at the University of Pavia (Department of Musicology and Music Palaeography, Cremona) by the Brescian student Gloria Galbiati (supervisor, Dr. Ingrid Pustijanak, a well-known Italian musicologist and publicist), a lecture-concert is born. ssa Ingrid Pustijanak, a well-known Italian musicologist and publicist), was born a lecture-concert dedicated to the theme of the Brescian composer’s recovery of the cyclic Sonata Form and the relationship in this sense of his Sonata with that in B minor by Franz Liszt, moreover the only one in the great Hungarian composer’s catalog.
