The Teatro Grande has been managed by the Fondazione Teatro Grande di Brescia since 2010. The main objectives are promoting tradition, supporting contemporaneity, creating a multi-disciplinary approach, and attracting the young. The idea is to have an open theatre, always ready to become the reference point for the city and the region, welcoming different genres for diverse audiences. In this way, the theatre can become lively space where dialogue thrives.
The goal of the Fondazione is to launch the Teatro Grande onto the national and international stage with the ambitious challenge of combining tradition and contemporaneity in its artistic and cultural offer.
