Theatres of OperaLombardia Circuit realize a live streaming of one of its opera productions for the first time.
On Friday 6th November live from Teatro Grande of Brescia Werther has been broadcasted, the masterpiece in four acts by Jules Massenet. The streaming will be on line from 15.00 of 6th November till 24.00 of 8th November at www.operalombardialive.it. The opera is now available on www.operavision.eu.
On Teatro Grande stage four finalists of 71° edition of Concorso As.li.co per Giovani Cantanti Lirici d’Europa: Gillen Munguía in the role of Werther, Karina Demurova as Charlotte, Alberto Comes as Borgomastro (La Bailli) and Maria Rita Combattelli will play the role of Sophie. With them Guido Dazzini (Albert), Nicola Di Filippo (Schmidt), Filippo Rotondo (Johann), Andrea Gervasoni (Brühlmann) and Luisa Bertoli (Kätchen). The cast includes the Children Choir of Teatro Sociale di Como conducted by Lidia Basterretxea.
The opera is been directed by Stefano Vizioli, I Pomeriggi Musicali di Milano Orchestra condution is entrusted to Maestro Francesco Pasqualetti. Emanuele Sinisi oversaw the scenes, Anna Maria Heinreich costumes, Vincenzo Raponi lights and visual effects are by Imaginarium.
