Higher is a ritual in which dance draws its foundation and inspiration from the experience of clubbing. Difficult to ascribe to specific formal categories, the disco dance instead assumes a social role, a form of experience more similar to prayer and catharsis, personal and collective. Michele Rizzo develops a cultural analysis of clubbing from the idea of dance as a language.
Higher transports and translates the disco experience into a theatrical representation, using the electronic sounds of Lorenzo Senni, the extraordinary creator of the new international electronic scene.

How to purchase tickets
Tickets are for sale online on the websites teatrogrande.it and vivaticket.it, in authorized branches of Ubi Banca in Brescia and the Province (see the list HERE) and at the Box Office from 9th December 2017. Advance sale for TeatroGrandeCard holders (at the Box Office only) is available from 5th until 7th December 2017 upon presentation of the TeatroGrandeCard.
