Joshua Bell e Shai Wosner

Two of the most acclaimed musicians on the international scene come together for a program that includes three great compositions for duo. In the first part, Beethoven’s Sonata, composed in 1801-2, and Schubert’s Gran Duo, composed in August 1817, but not published until 1851, nor publicly performed until 1864. In the second part of the concert, the duo will perform Ravel’s Second Sonata (1923-7), a work that will lead the listener towards melodies influenced by jazz and blues.

Ludwig van Beethoven
