Dance Well Diffuso

As part of the inclusive projects that through culture aim at enhancing the access to the Theatre and its activities, the Fondazione del Teatro Grande collaborates with Festival ORLANDO Bergamo and Accademia Carrara for Dance Well Diffuso, a project consisting of eight meetings that from April 1 to July 8 will bring theDance Well practice in wonderful cultural spaces in the provinces of Bergamo and Brescia.

The first lesson of the project will be held on April 1 at the Salone delle Scenografie: an occasion, this as the following, to live in an unusual way the cultural institutions of our cities and to experience the Dance Well practice for those who still do not know it.

Dance Well – Movement Research for Parkinson is an artistic practice, created and promoted by the CSC – Centre for the Contemporary Scene of Bassano del Grappa since 2013, which dialogues with a cultural space in order to allow motor, sensory and emotional stimulation through the free expression of the body to develop well-being and integration between people with different needs, fragilities and strengths. The practice includes various rehabilitation strategies that might possibly have positive effects on the symptoms and quality of life of people with Parkinson. Born for people with Parkinson but open to all, this practice is held regularly in the spaces of the Teatro Grande from March 2023.
